Oral Presentation Video Presentation E-Poster Display
All presenters for oral and video presentations must be physically present for their session and prepared to participate in the live Q&A.

The presenting author is required to deliver the presentation in person during the session and participate in the Q&A session. File Type: PPT. or PPTX., Other formats such as Keynote and Canva, are strictly not compatible. |

Only a select number of shortlisted video abstracts will be presented in person and will participate in the Q&A session. File Type: Shareable Web Link The video must include a voice-over, but it should not contain any background music. This ensures the video can be played on the digital board and on YouTube. During your presentation, your voice-over will be muted, and you will be expected to deliver a live presentation based on the submitted video. |

Posters are considered to be of equal importance as oral presentations in the core scientific program. They will be displayed on the digital board during the congress. The Poster (in JPG) will be displayed on the website and on-site digital boards. File Type: JPG
